seeking New Home Sales Counselors
for several new communities.
Specifically, we have communities
coming inside the loop and in
the Friendswood/League City/NASA
areas. The ideal candidates
will have 1+ years experience
in new home sales and an extensive
Realtor database in either of
those areas.
We are looking
for talented, creative, highly-motivated
Sales Counselors. The right
candidate will be able to develop
strong relationships with our
customers and be proficient
in moving them from a prospect
to a homeowner. You will greet
and qualify visitors, identify
their needs, demonstrate our
homes and features, overcome
objections, and CLOSE
the sale. Additionally, you
will:
• Document
all sales transactions
• Track the status of
the mortgage loan process
• Address any customer
concerns during the construction
process
• Monitor models, unsold
homes, and sales offices
We are looking
for individuals who will aggressively
market our communities and develop
a network of sales contacts
and Realtors in an effort to
generate new business. Candidates
must be computer literate and
have strong organizational skills.

seeking builders/construction managers
with inner-city experience.
We are looking for talented, self-motivated
individuals experienced in building
complex designs in tight spaces.
Candidates must be able to oversee
the construction of multiple homes,
while keeping schedules, budgets,
and quality on track.
General
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Scheduling and coordination
of subcontractors and materials
• Inspecting every step
of the homebuilding process
to ensure our homes meet strict
quality standards
• Conduct meetings with
homebuyers at specific points
in the construction process
• Coordinating to assure
that all inspection procedures
and building code requirements
are met
• Ensure the overall cleanliness,
appearance, and safety of the
community
Required
Skills:
• Minimum
of 3 years experience
• Ability to communicate
well with subcontractors, suppliers,
and homeowners
• Ability to multi-task,
meet deadlines, and perform
under pressure
• Excellent organizational
and time-management skills
• Solid work ethic and
great attitude |
